As was the nation expecting that the ruling elite (Peoples Party) will win the Senate Elections with a big margin. Today the senate elections are conducted on the 45 seats of total 54 seats of senate. Muslim League N remains the runner up with 7 seats and now they have total 14. Horse trading was the main charcteristic of this senate election.
Once again Iqbal Zafar Jagra will not sit in the senate. But the Dream of PPPP of getting all 42 seats has not been fulfilled.
